Can’t say enough good things about Newtown Car Care Center and particularly Johnny the owner. We were traveling from NJ to visit friends in West Hartford and got a low tire pressure alert. Fortunately, we were right near Exit 10 on Rt 84 and saw that Newtown Car Care was near the exit. Johnny said they were fully booked, but would take a look at our tire as soon as he could. 1/2 hour later, he checked and determined our puncture could not be repaired there, but he offered to put on our donut spare and recommended Town Fair Tire to get a replacement. Within an hour, we were on our way and made it to our friends house where we were able.to get our tire replaced the next day. So what could have been a real disaster turned out ok. Johnny was really great and my wife and I are very grateful. Competent and professional service done by good people, would highly recommend.

Johnny performed superior service for free by attaching my new license plates to new car. I made the appointment last minute today and they he serviced vehicle promptly. Also, pointed out to me that some screws were missing and to be careful driving on the highway. I highly recommend Johnny to service your car.

These guys are simply the best, hands down !!!... It's difficult to remember how many times they made special/unique/urgent accommodations for us over the last ten years... I would never take my vehicles anywhere else

First of all I'd recommend everyone get their cars fixed and worked on at Newtown Car Care! The front desk girl Stacy was amazing and got me an appointment last minute before Thanksgiving to avoid my car being damaged anymore! The work they did was terrific and very fast. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions and actually care about helping you and the price of the work they did was substantially cheaper than every other place I called. I paid exactly what they estimated the job to cost not a penny more. So thank you everyone at Newtown Car Care for making this such a great experience and proving there are still some real great places to get your car work done!!!!

Newtown Car Care Center knows how to put the emphasis on "care"! My daughter was traveling from MA to PA on I-84 near Danbury, and was suddenly stricken with a flat on one of her rear tires. Luckily for her, when the tire pressure warning light lit up on her dashboard, she pulled off at the nearest exit, which also happened to be the exit for Newtown Car Care Center. In the middle of a busy Friday afternoon of scheduled appointments, Kelly and Carl at Newtown Car Care Center came to the rescue! Within an hour, Carl was able to find the road debris puncture, patch up the tire, and get her safely back on her way! If you live in the Danbury/Newtown area, rest assured that Newtown Car Care Center knows how to care for both cars and customers!

Can't say enough good things about this place! We were traveling thru from DC to Maine and experienced car trouble. A quick phone call to see if they could look at the car revealed that they were already very busy but offered a diagnostic. Every single person we encountered from Kelly to Gary was friendly and helpful. They took time when they didn't have to and went out of their way to find us a place that could help. We are so grateful and wish this amazing business continued success!
